House Rules

Quiet hours on Fort Myers Beach are 10PM to 7AM although maybe keep it down after 9PM. If you open the garage doors, please keep the music down and close them promptly at 9 PM. The southern end of the island is the quiet part and there are nearby neighbors to be respectful of.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities, including the heated pool, outdoor kitchen, and the downstairs game room. The only exception is a locked owner's storage space, which is not accessible to guests.

Find us

If you want to visit Naples for more restaurants and shopping (although there is plenty on the island itself) it's about 20-30 minutes south via the Bonita Beach route. Another transit option is the trolley that runs from Bowditch Point Park at the northern end of the island all the way to Lover's Key State Park, with it's trails and pristine beaches, across the bridge over the Big Carlos Pass.
